J Boone Dryden is the founder and director of the Milwaukee Writers Workshop, which began in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a degree in Creative Writing.

Bill worked for many years in the computer industry as a technician, consultant, and manager, and has now decided to try his hand at writing. His favorite authors are Margaret Atwood, Paul Theroux, and Charles Dickens, though he enjoys the works of many others as well. He also volunteers as a teacher of English as a foreign language to immigrants.

Kaitlyn Mekertichian (advertising & marketing)

Kaitlyn is a recent Marquette graduate with a degree in Advertising and Philosophy. She is passionate about the vegan lifestyle, writing, poetry and traveling the world.

Grace Lanham (writing & editing)

Grace Lanham is a sophmore at UW-Milwaukee with a recently declared major in English. She aspires to explore her passion for poetry and story-telling through her experiences at the Milwaukee Writer's Workshop and for whatever follows that.
